CMR and Dance Umbrella:  Application accepted for Arts and Business New Partners Scheme.

Following our recent partnership with Dance Umbrella (please see may 2006), we are pleased to announce that an application to the Arts and Business New Partners scheme has been approved.

A&B aspires to be the world's most successful & widespread creative network, and are the leading advocate for the benefits of partnership between business and the arts at both corporate and individual level.

Arts & Business acts as a crucible where businesses and arts organisations come together to create partnerships to benefit themselves and the community at large.  Funding from central government helps A & B to foster innovative and long-term partnerships between business and the arts through its investment program; New Partners.

Jessica Hinchliffe at CMR says:  “we are delighted to be partnering Dance Umbrella’s education project with Deja Donne at the Torriano Junior School in Camden, and to have this partnership recognised and approved by Arts & Business”
