When phones are donated, the working mobiles are sold as second hand in countries around the world. In developing countries, getting a fixed landline is very expensive and not always possible, therefore second hand mobile phones are an affordable and sustainable means of communication for communities. They can help businesses to run more efficiently and families to stay in touch more easily.

Phones that cannot be reused are broken down to their original components and all parts are recycled in accordance with ISO14001 and EMAS environmental accreditation.
