Introduction At CMR we offer a comprehensive re-use and recycling service for mobiles phones and related equipment. There are many theories about the number of mobile phones lying dormant in the UK with latest figures suggesting that the total exceeds 25 million. To put this figure into perspective, if you put all 25 million unwanted phones end to end, they would stretch from John O'Groats to Lands End and back again.
That’s a lot of phones, in fact 25 million handsets represent 2500 tonnes of metric waste, which would be equivalent to burying 14 Boeing 747’s in UK landfill sites each year.
To help prevent potential future environmental problems and to help unlock an under utilised revenue stream, we offer the following full mobile phone collection, re-use and recycling service:

Liase with relevant company officials to determine volume of mobile phone waste and estimate the potential value of phones and related equipment.
Arrange efficient and safe collection of equipment from one site or multiple sites. Employees may be widely dispersed around the UK or even around the world. CMR offers a worldwide courier collection facility FREE of charge for our clients. We also cater for companies with employees that operate remotely by providing a Freepost service. Each client has a unique Freepost code so collections can be tracked safely and efficiently. This also enables remuneration to be correctly allocated.
Many corporates like to donate all or part of the monies raised through reuse and recycling to a charity of their choice. CMR is happy to facilitate any such requirement.

A Full audit trail. All equipment is logged and the unique IMEI number noted as each mobile phone is recorded on our database ensuring that all equipment can then be tracked.
